About Terrence D.
Terrence has been selling real estate in the DMV for over 22 years. Early in his career Terrence decided to dedicate himself to providing his clients with exceptional personal service and complete confidentiality. Terrence insists, "my clients count on my discretion and expertise."
Determination and integrity have helped Terrence achieve a stellar reputation along with sales year after year. He still maintains the enthusiasm that launched his career. When asked recently how he maintains his focus, he replied, "I love what I do."
Terrence feels extremely fortunate to live and work in several counties within the Maryland and Virginia areas. Born and raised in the Carolinas, he lives in Prince George's County, Maryland with his wife and has 4 adult children, 14 grandchildren and 2 great grands. He enjoys volunteering with mentoring young men, working on his 1956 Chevy, playing golf and flower gardening. He is active in the community, sings in the men's choir at his church and is an active fraternity brother. He is also a small business owner of an upscale barber shop although he is not a barber he enjoys meeting and joining in positive conversation at the shop. Terrence is a good old country boy with a positive attitude in life and shares his enthusiasm when meeting new people.
